When you offer a lot of services, you get a lot of questions! Here are some of the queries we get most often at Cardio Plus; if you’re unsure about something, check below to see if we can clear it up for you. If not, please give us a call or send us an email and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can!
Just call 519-688-9885 or stop by and visit the front desk to book an appointment. We recommend you book at least 24 hours in advance for treatments that are 30 minutes or more in length.
Please inform us as soon as possible if you need to make a change to your appointment. We reserve this time exclusively for your treatment and need time to fill your spot with another appointment if you are unable to make that time.
We appreciate a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations.
You may be asked to complete some forms upon arrival, depending on the service. We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. If you arrive late, your appointment will be limited to the time allocated for the convenience of the next scheduled guest.
For pedicures, flip flops are required. You can bring your own or purchase a pair from us for a nominal fee.
Any product purchased and used will not be able to be returned due to sanitary reasons. However, products may be returned and exchanged if they have not yet been opened within two weeks of the purchase date. A receipt will be required for this return/exchange.
If you received a gift certificate for a package or service that you do not want, you may use the dollar value of that gift certificate towards any product or service that you would like. Gift certificates are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, and Interac.
For the gym, all memberships are paid in full. We encourage members to try our free 10-day membership prior to committing to our 1 year, 6 months, 3 months, 1 month, or pay-as-you-go membership plans.
Our 1 year memberships provide for a pre-authorized payment plan. Fees are available upon request.
Bottled water, herbal teas, and gourmet coffee are complimentary for our spa clients.
The fitness shower room is equipped with blow dryers and complimentary shampoo and body wash.
We ask you to complete a general health form prior to your first visit to identify allergies and health issues.
At present, you can drop by our location and visit our front desk for assistance. We expect to provide online purchases in the very near future.
Cardio Plus is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Gift certificates must be presented at the time of service.

We recommended booking for groups with no less than 10 days prior to your preferred date to avoid any disappointment.
